Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage ticketing systems, provide advice on warranties and repairs, arrange engineer call-outs, and address customer complaints. This role requires strong communication skills, technical literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from parents and school principals to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Managing ticketing systems to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Advising customers on warranty and repair options for laptops and accessories.
- Coordinating engineer call-outs for on-site support and repairs.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Technical literacy, particularly with laptops and related accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-working abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions effectively.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
