With years of experience in the education sector, Sorcha brings a deep understanding of both school and parent perspectives to the role as Customer Success Manager. Her insights help build strong, supportive relationships that ensure clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. 

Outside of work, Sorcha is a 2nd Dan black belt and spends most of her time teaching karate to children in her club that she co-runs with her sister.
