Device as a Service (DaaS) is essentially an all-in-one solution for your school’s Edtech needs. This model offers devices on a monthly or quarterly subscription basis, with the set up, device management and warranty all included in the one contract, with no hidden costs.
One of the greatest benefits of DaaS is that you have the option to upgrade to newer devices at the end of your chosen term. So, rather than committing all of your school’s IT budget to a capital investment in devices, you can spread the cost over a number of years.
The DaaS service can be tailored to each school’s individual needs and budget, with flexibility around the specific hardware, software, services, warranty, quantities, and contract duration required. Costing is usually per device, and typically for a period of two, three or five years.
