<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Regional Business Development Manager</strong> to help us expand our footprint across the education sector. If you&#8217;re passionate about education and thrive in a consultative sales role, we want to hear from you.</p>
<h5><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Proactively identifying and engaging schools, education trusts, and training boards in your region</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Building relationships with principals, deputy heads, and ICT staff</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Delivering tailored demos and product presentations (virtually and in-person)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Closing new business deals and growing key accounts</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Managing your pipeline through our CRM</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Attending local education events, trade shows, and networking opportunities</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience in B2B field sales (education or SaaS sector a plus)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders in schools</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated and target-driven, with a consultative sales approach</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tech-savvy and able to manage your own schedule across digital and field-based activity</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally</li>
</ul>
